Robin McCarthy, AIA, CGBP of Arch Studio, Inc. Architects is an alumna of California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, CA with over 20 years of architectural experience in the design and the production of residential, commercial and community architecture.
As a member of the American Institue of Architects, AIA, she brings a strong sense of commitment, drive and creativity to every project. As a Certified Green Building Designer, CGBD, she brings an extensive knowledge of eco-friendly materials and experience with new building techniques that can transform your environment into a comfortable energy-saving home. As a Monterey Peninsula native, Robin has designed numerous residential projects throughout the Peninsula and greater Bay Area since 1993.
In addition to earning a Bachelor Degree in Architecture and California licensed, Robin has studied interior architecture, historical renovation and construction management. Residential projects include remodels, additions and new construction located in Willow Glen, Menlo Park and Carmel, CA. Also, commerical and civic projects include a San Jose City Homeless Shelter, Middle-High School at Mount Madonna in Santa Cruz, and the historical renovation of the Mission Ranch Resort in Carmel, California.
